Gran Turismo Mc Stradale è stata prodotta tra il 2011 e il 2013 e questa vettura è stata consegnata nuova in Svezia il 19/05/2012. Cambio manuale robotizzato a 6 marce MC Race Shift che condivide l'elettronica e parte dell'hardware con la Ferrari 599 GTO. Funziona bene in modalità "auto", ma il conducente può anche selezionare la modalità "sport" o "gara". In modalità gara, la marcia cambia in 60 millisecondi. La modalità gara influisce anche sulla funzione del cambio, delle sospensioni, del controllo della trazione e persino del suono del motore. MC Stradale è la prima GranTurismo a rompere la barriera dei 300 km/h (186 mph), con una presunta velocità massima di 303 km/h (188 mph). La profondità del battistrada dei pneumatici è di 5 mm all'anteriore e 4 mm al posteriore. Alla frizione è rimasto il 75%.
