von Braun´s Review
Well-kept manual-geared Ferrari 456 M GT with good documentation regarding history and maintenance. The classic color combination with paintwork in 522 Blue Tour de France and a light leather in Beige 4208. This is the same specification that Swedish King Carl XVI Gustav once ordered for his 456 M GT from Ferrari. A car that is currently on display in the "King´s Corner" at von Braun Sports Cars.
This Ferrari 456 M GT was originally delivered to a doctor in Rome, Italy in the spring of 1999. In the summer of 2015 the car had changed its home country to England and from there our sole Swedish owner bought the car in 2021. It has been driven sparingly and therefore has relatively low mileage while being salvaged in a responsible manner.
Among the technical documentation, in addition to ordinary service work, we also find verifications for important work such as the renovation of valve guides in the cylinder heads in 2019 and the replacement of rear shock absorbers in 2018. To find out about costs related to service and maintenance on each model of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati or Aston Martin , then you can easily go to the "book service" tab on vonBraun.com and retrieve information about service intervals with content and fixed prices.
There is a service book & manual collected in original leather folder. Two keys and two remote controls for locks with alarm. Original tool set in leather case is preserved. Original "Car Cover" is missing. Furthermore, there is a duplicate of the car's CoC, which can simplify registration in some countries.
The front tires are made by Pirelli from 2018 with a tread depth of 7mm.
The rear tires are made by Pirelli from 2019 with a tread depth of 5mm.
Noted defects regarding the car's condition are few, but we can mention normal wear and tear for the car's age, such as sun-stretched leather on the "hat shelf" under the rear window. The paintwork's light washing scratches can easily be removed with a professional polishing and paint treatment. A front rim has a bit of a problem with balancing and should probably be aligned to be perfect. A relay for the lights sometimes wants to hang and should be replaced. There is a service need for a new timing belt change and mileage service, as it has been more than 3 years since the last timing belt change was performed. A kilometer-oriented service according to the manufacturer's recommendation is also suggested, as there is only documentation around 10,000 km service and then only simpler annual service measures. In the car's price we have included costs of 3200 Euro (SEK 42000) for this to be done before delivery to the new owner.
